Two beautiful early Victorian townhouses, in the heart of the historic seaside resort of Scarborough, are being converted into seventeen apartments using funding provided by Crowdstacker investors.

£290,000 was lent as mezzanine funding in return for 16% p.a. interest. 

The project, which is expected to take in the region of fifteen months, will see a complete refurbishment of the buildings that were previously used as an old people's home.
