The Chalkwell PDL was funded last year and the money is being put to use by the developer to build a block of apartments not far from the sea front in Leigh-on-sea in Essex.

As the time of the last update, photographs from the Chalkwell Avenue site showed progress building the ground floor level. Now, in the latest images, you can see even more progress as the first floor and roofline starts to take shape.
