Crowdstacker investors lent £195,000 to a project in north-west London to build an apartment block. They were offered 15% p.a. interest in return.

The project has been progressing ever since and is now in its final stages. To all intents and purposes the building is finished, and is only awaiting connection to the mains water and electricity.

This has been scheduled for early Spring and, once complete, will mean that the development can be refinanced as a rental investment.
