Esplanade Gardens is one of the prime roads in Scarborough, and just a stone's throw from the seafront. 

In 2024 Crowdstacker investors lent funding for a project to completely renovate two period properties to create a block of apartments. 

Whilst the work was mainly focused on reconfiguring and refurbishing the interior, some exterior work and construction was required.

The project is now in its final stage, with many of the flats taking shape and the communal areas finished. The target is to get to practical completion in the coming weeks and then refinance the buildings as a rental investment.
