The Brandlehow PDL is currently funding the construction of two new semi-detached houses in a quiet street just a stone's throw from the River Thames in Putney.

In a perfect example of how developers need to use their experience and expertise to ensure their plans are flexible enough to deal with unforeseen issues, this development had a slow start owing to structural problems with an existing building which was on the site. Work is however steaming ahead now and making it wind and watertight will be the next milestone reached.
