In a small village on the outskirts of Brighton, a developer is building four new modern family homes. Funding has been partly provided by Crowdstacker investors in return for 15% p.a. interest.

Of particular note is the architectural design of the homes which uses natural materials within a modern design, to appeal to buyers in the local market.
