Lyngwhite Farm is a property development funded by Crowdstacker investors to create a unique family home in the Norfolk countryside.

Those who invested were offered 15% p.a. interest on a loan with an LTGDV of less than 75%. The project was predicted to take fifteen months and work had commenced by the close of 2023.

Throughout the spring and summer 2024 work on site has progressed very well, and the structure is now in place. It is possible to see what the finished house is going to look like and further CGIs of the interior design have been created to market the house for sale.
