Our investors have got behind property development worth in excess of £50 million in 2024, via our increasingly popular Property Development Loans (PDLs).

Money has been lent to property developers to finance a wide variety of projects, from one off period building conversions, to new build apartment blocks.  Whilst investors earn returns of 15% p.a. or more over a typical loan term varying from 6 months to two years.
