Crowdstacker investors lent £650,000 to a developer to build a small estate of new houses in Great Mongeham, a small village on the outskirts of Deal in Kent.

The properties include large detached houses, and smaller semi-detached new homes.

The latest update photographs and video footage have been compiled together for our Spring 2025 update, and you can view it below.

Work will continue on site while investors continue to earn more than 12% p.a. interest. As the project reaches the final stages more information will follow as the houses are put on the market for sale.
