Indications are that sales of properties in the UK continue to be fairly stable, with price growth seen in all regions. Most of the reports we consult, to put together our short digest of information, do point towards unknowns which may be precipitated by the most recent global economic events. However, we are now in what is traditionally seen as one of the busiest periods in the UK property housing market, so we look forward to seeing what will happen next. We will of course report all data from this period and throughout the summer in our next update in the Autumn of 2025.
