Crowdstacker's current list of PDL investments includes a project at Mongeham Road on the outskirts of Deal in Kent. Investors lent £650,000 for 12% p.a. returns.

The PDL is now nearing the end of its term and progress has sped up in recent months following some earlier delays caused by planning conditions relating to the ecology of the site.

This is one of the largest projects funded by Crowdstacker investors. The plans took a brownfield site in a popular location and created a small estate of new homes, some of which will be sold privately and others will be used for social housing.
