In 2024 Crowdstacker investors lent £137,000 to a developer who was building a brand new detached house in the Norfolk countryside. They were offered 15% p.a. interest over a 15 month term.

The project has been progressing over recent months such that the foundations are now in and the walls are starting to be built.

It is an ambitious project to create a bespoke house of very modern design which is also sympathetic to its rural location. To this end it has an aesthetic similar to agricultural and industrial barns, whilst it also achieves the very best in comfort and cosiness to offer whoever the new owner is a wonderful new home.
