Crowdstacker investors have lent £259,807 for a project in London to finish the refurbishment of an Edwardian family home.

Work at the property is already underway, and since the funding has been put in place there has been progress internally and externally.

The developer has experience of similar projects across the Capital, and is paying investors 15% p.a. interest to borrow the money. The timeline is for the work to be completed within 9 months, at which point the property will either be sold or refinanced.
