Can I edit my account details?

You can edit all of your details in the ‘My Account’ section by clicking 'My Profile' and 'Edit Account Settings'.

If you need to edit your details on a loan, just email us at info@crowdstacker.com.

Can I change my username?

You can edit all of your details in the 'My Account' section of the website by clicking 'My Profile' and 'Edit Account Settings'.

What if I forget my password?

Click LOGIN at the top right of the web site, and click the forgot your password link. You will then be asked to enter your registered email address or username and then you will receive an email with instructions on how set a new password to your registered email address.

Can I operate more than one account?

You can only operate one account per person. However, if you wish to open a separate account for a company or SIPP and be the point of contact, this can be arranged. Just email info@crowdstacker.com.

How do I close my account?

If you do not have any outstanding loans to our borrowers, you can close your account at any time by emailing info@crowdstacker.com, stating your full name, and registered email address stating “please close my account”

If you have outstanding loans to our borrowers, you will need to wait until the loan term ends or transfer your loan to another member before closing the account.

Will you keep my details confidential?

Yes, absolutely. We will never share your details for marketing purposes with any third party. We will only use your details to process your investment application(s), for the administration and management of your investments and for Crowdstacker to keep you up to date with the latest news.
